These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, mobile applications (including the ThatDailyDeal mobile app), SMS programs, and related services operated by Jammin’ Butter LLC under its Brands.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property
- Interfere with site or app functionality
- Engage in fraud or misuse
2A. Mobile Applications
Our mobile applications are provided as storefronts for our Brands. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or misuse the app. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. These Terms are between you and Jammin’ Butter LLC only and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. App store providers are not responsible for the app or its content. [Back to top]
3. Orders & Transactions
Purchases are made through Brand storefronts but are legally fulfilled by Jammin’ Butter LLC. Pricing, availability, and promotions may change without notice. [Back to top]
4. SMS Terms
By opting into SMS messaging:
- You consent to receive recurring messages from Jammin’ Butter LLC on behalf of its Brands via shortcode 88108
- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- Consent is not required for purchase
- You may opt out by replying STOP
5. Intellectual Property
All images, video, content, trademarks, logos, and materials across the Services and brands are owned by Jammin’ Butter LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission. [Back to top]
6. Programs, Rewards, and Referral Opportunities
Jammin’ Butter LLC may offer promotional programs, rewards, or referral features through its Brands and mobile applications.
6A. In-App Rewards (Consumers Only)
Users of the ThatDailyDeal mobile application may earn non-cash rewards, discounts, or promotional benefits (“In-App Rewards”) through app usage or qualifying purchases.
- In-App Rewards have no cash value
- In-App Rewards are non-transferable
- In-App Rewards do not constitute income, compensation, or commissions
- Rewards may be redeemed only as permitted within the app
- Jammin’ Butter LLC may modify or discontinue rewards at any time
In-App Rewards are provided solely for promotional purposes and do not create an employment, agency, or compensation relationship. [Back to top]
6B. Lifetime Commissions Program (Separate Terms)
Jammin’ Butter LLC may offer a Lifetime Commissions Program to approved affiliates and qualifying nonprofit organizations.
The Lifetime Commissions Program:
- Is not available to general customers or app users
- Tracks only eligible sales made through the ThatDailyDeal mobile application
- Is governed exclusively by its own terms located at: https://lifetime.thatdailydeal.com/terms

6C. Program Separation
In-App Rewards are entirely separate from the Lifetime Commissions Program and do not represent earnings or income.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, or guaranteed earnings opportunity. [Back to top]
7. Third-Party Services
We may link to or work with third-party platforms or advertisers. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jammin’ Butter LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
